Betty Ann Kerr, born Sharpe on March 22, 1951, passed away suddenly in her sleep at her home in Hamilton on November 17, 2025. She was a remarkable woman, exemplifying dedication and commitment in both her personal and professional life.

Betty Ann dedicated over 30 years to her career as a pharmacy buyer at Hamilton Health Sciences, where she was known for her diligence and integrity. Her contributions to the field were deeply valued and left a lasting impact on those who had the privilege to work alongside her.

Outside of her career, Betty Ann's vibrant personality shone through her many hobbies and interests. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed knitting, spending her summers at her beloved trailer in Cayuga. Betty Ann cherished the time she spent watching her daughter, Aleta, and grandson, Devon, bowl, taking immense joy in their accomplishments and the shared moments.

Betty Ann is survived by her daughter, Aleta Manning, and son-in-law, Norm Manning; her grandson, Devon Manning; her sisters, Norma Farraway and Linda Albanese; her brother-in-law, Lou Albanese; her sister-in-law, Sandra Macdonald; her brother, Joby Sharpe; and her brother-in-law, Richard Faraway. She also leaves behind her close friends, Barb and Les Major, and Vicky Murphy, her cousin, along with many nieces, aunts, uncles, and her extended bowling family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Kerr; her brother, Jim Sharpe; and her sister, Donna Gagne.

Betty Ann Kerr will be remembered not only for her professional achievements but also for her unwavering love for her family and friends, her generous spirit, and her zest for life. She touched the hearts of many and leaves behind a legacy of kindness and joy that will continue to inspire all who knew her.  There will be no service at this time a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
