Dundas, Ontario - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Barbara Weavers on February 19, 2026. Born in Hamilton, Barbara lived most of her life in Dundas, where she built a life grounded in family, kindness, and community.

Barbara was predeceased by her beloved husband of 50 years, Robert "Bob". She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Mark (Kimberly), John (Joy), Steve (Clare), and Debbie (Dean); she was a proud and devoted grandmother to Joshua, Aliana (Gabe), Lorelle (Erik), Courtney, Tyler, and Matthew (Amelie), each of whom brought her great joy. Survived by brothers, Barry (Karen) and John (Diane); and many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was a lifelong and devoted member of Knox Presbyterian Church, where she faithfully served as church secretary, choir member, and elder. She also gave generously of her time as a volunteer with the Canadian Cancer Society and Meals on Wheels. She found simple happiness in her daily walks through Dundas Driving Park, a place she loved dearly.

The family extends sincere thanks to the compassionate nurses, PSWs, and healthcare providers at Ressam Gardens and AgeCare Brant for their care and support during the final months of her journey.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring; details will be shared at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Barbara will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, faith, and unwavering devotion to family and community.
