Barbara A. McWilliams (Dyson)

Jan 12, 1941 – Jan 17, 2024

It was through tears of joy and sorrow that we released Barbara from our arms into

the arms of Jesus. Barbara was a loving wife to Harry McWilliams for 62 years. They

shared all of life’s ups and downs through faithful witness to the Lord. She was a

loving nurturing Mum to Karen and Paul & Kelly. Will & Alexa, Barbara’s

grandchildren, were her joy. She will be remembered by her Brother In-Law, Eric

McWilliams, as well as many nieces and nephews in the Dyson, Norwood and

McWilliams families. During Barbara’s 83 years she walked faithfully with the Lord

and was a wonderful witness to His mercy, grace and love!

Visitation with the family will be at Ancaster’s Grace Community Church, 70 Garner

Rd, on Friday, January 26 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be at Grace on

Saturday January 27 at 11am.

Barbara was passionate about BSF (Bible Study & Fellowship), and she was a

member of the Oakville class for over 20 years. She supported the Presbyterian

Church in Canada’s Ministerial Assistance Fund; this fund was an answer to prayer

and made the McWilliams 1st Christmas in ministry joyful and memorable. Your

support of these ministries would be greatly appreciated rather than flowers.
