Aurele Gadoury

Sadly after a long illness, on Monday December 4, 2023 in his 87th year, Aurele Joseph Gadoury passed away at Baywoods Long-term Care. He will be missed by his wife Gloria Gadoury, stepdaughter Bonnie LeBlanc (Dennis), granddaughter Christinna LeBlanc-King (Keyon), grandson Cameron MacKenzie (Kelly), and his great-granddaughters MacKenzie, Taylor, and Jordyn.

Predeceased by his father Romeo Gadoury and mother Lucille St. Onge Gadoury, brother Fernand Gadoury and two sisters Aurora Gadoury Kurucz and Claudette Gadoury Roy. He was also blessed with many nieces and nephews who he loved dearly.

In the last years, Aurele suffered from Alzheimer's and profound hearing loss, so if you did come to visit, and he didn't remember you, or couldn't hear you, just remember... What the mind can't remember, the heart never forgets. His memoery will be cherished.

Saturday January 6, 2024, at The Salvation Army Mountain Citadel, 835 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton ON. The family will be there to welcome friends and relatives from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Due to the weather in January, the advanced age of Aurele's wife (88 years old) and the fact she is in a wheelchair, we the family feel that the interment will be handled privately in the spring when the weather will be better. We would like to thank Baywoods LTC for the exceptional service they provided Aurele and the family during this difficult time.
