Antonina Greda

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Antonina Greda, who left us peacefully on March 13, 2025, at the age of 94.

Born in Brzeziny, Poland, on January 30, 1931, Antonina lived through the trials of World War II and the hardships of communism, carrying with her an unbreakable spirit and a deep resilience that defined her life. In 1990, she made Canada her home, bringing with her a rich heritage, cherished traditions, and an unwavering love for her family.

Antonina was a devoted mother to Marta and Czesia, a beloved grandmother to Eric, Justine, and Selena, and a cherished great-grandmother to Claudia and Oliver. She was a woman of strength, grace, and quiet wisdom, always offering warmth and kindness to those around her. Her legacy of love, perseverance, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with those who went before her. A private service will be held in her honor. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
