With heavy hearts we are saddened to announce the passing of our precious Anthony.

Most loved husband to Amy and most amazing Dad to Jordanna Marie and Samantha Grace. Loved by his mom Josie, predeceased by his dad Carm, loving brother to Angelo, Eddie and Joanne. Loving son-in-law to George and Jann. Special cousin to Ed and Anita.

Anthony was extraordinary in every way. He loved fiercely, was loyal to all and made many lasting friendships. He took pride in cooking for his girls, having a beautiful garden and playing a mean game of poker. His daughters were the lights of his life and he was very proud of their accomplishments.

Special thank you to all of the doctors, nurses and caregivers that we met on his journey.

Anthony my love, thank you for choosing me and for loving me as you did. You always made me feel special and cherished. The time we had with you wasn’t long enough. We will always carry you with us and keep your memory alive.
