Anita Marie Boucher
August 21, 1946 - April 3, 2026
Anita Marie Boucher (Nee Wilson) August 21, 1946 - April 3, 2026 it is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announced the passing of our mom, who died peacefully on April 3, 2026, at the Hamilton General Hospital, surrounded y her loving family. Anita's passing leaves a void that can never be filled, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Anita was predeceased by her husband, Gerard Boucher, in 2005. She was a devoted mother to her cherished daughters, Nicole Bourque (Jacques) and Danielle Neill (Sean), for whom she made endless sacrifices throughout her life. She was a proud and adoring grandmother to Paige, Sidonie, Shauna, Sarah, and Declan, and a treasured great-grandmother to Nathaniel, all of whom are heartbroken by her loss. Anita will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbor's, and many dear friends. Anita was a generous soul with an extraordinary gift for giving. No baby, child, friend, or family member went without a thoughtful present. Christmas was her favorite time of year, and anyone fortunate enough to visit her home during the holidays knew just how deeply she cherished the season. Anita loved hosting Christmas dinners, Boxing Day gatherings, summer backyard parties, amd dancing in the kitchen with family and friends. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to family, friends, neighbors, and the compassionate staff at Hamilton General Hospital for their care and kindness during her final days. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Anita's life on May 7, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Caledonia Loins Community Centre, 100 Haddington Street, Caledonia Ontario.
