Amy Elizabeth Phillips

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Amy Elizabeth Phillips on Sunday, September 14th, 2025, in Hamilton General hospital at the age of 38.

Amy leaves behind her loving husband Brandon Choscinki of 15 years and cherished mother of Joe Choschinki. She will be remembered by her mother, Lynn Duchesne, father Harold Phillips,(deceased), step mother Lorraine Wright-Phillips, and mother-in-law, Donna Choscinski, sisters, Nicole St-Denis (Mario), Carrie Phillips (Theo) and Kelly Kuzak (Harry), Brother-in-law Cameron Choscinski (Lisa) as well as an extensive family of nieces and nephews.

Amy’s love in life was her family. A cheering hockey mom well known in the arena with her infectious bubbly personality. A creative cook and baker in the kitchen for that culinary experience with everyday meals.

Amy had passion and determination to have a profession. She became a pharmaceutical assistant and took pride in helping customer.

A Celebration of Life will take place November 29th 2025 at the Stoney Creek Legion, 1:30 – 5 pm.

Amy will be greatly missed.
